When you're not in hype level 3 your damage isn't very good but you can focus on peeling for teammates until you have your burst back up.Each class in lost ark has two class engravings, or two different play styles/builds to chose from. Picking an assassin to play is essentially picking 1/6 not 1/3. An important thing to remember is that gunlancer scales extremely well with engravings, especially blue lancer - since your shield is basically always up (if you have specialization & time your shout right) a lot of the negatives to engravings are basically negligible. A B tier scrapper could potentially get MVP over S+ tier classes if it is played well and the player knows the mechanics etc. what is in your opinion the most responsive class? i play a gunslinger, which feels pretty clunky from time to time with the weapon switching. i also play a gunlancer which i really like but is slow af. now i want to try a class which feels really responsive, fast, little downtimes, not many charging skills etc. i think you get the picture .
